What is Laser Cutting?
A laser is an incredibly intense beam of light, of a single wavelength, or color. The beam isn't very big, however, because the beam is focused, it heats up rapidly. This high power density allows for cutting, melting, or even partial vaporization of some materials. In our case, the laser cutter is moved over the material and cutting the part out of the plate.

With cutting speeds 10x faster than normal CO2 lasers and automatic load/unload systems Wenzel has fully integrated laser cutting into our production process, bringing the best value and quality to our customers.
